1. The First Look
This is the very first touch between El Kiosko and you. It will come from the form below, expressing your interest in possibly being a new franchisee.
2. THE FIRST DATE
We will have a video conference with you to get to know you better. We will also give you a presentation about El Kiosko, and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
3. The Application Process
If you’re still interested after our awesome first date, we’ll send you a franchise application to learn more about you and check your financial situation, background, and experience.
4. The Reality
After reviewing your application, we will discuss your results with you, including your strengths, positive qualities, and areas for improvement, as well as how well you would fit as a new El Kiosko franchisee.
5. THE FDD
(Franchise Disclosure Document)
If we are a match made in heaven, we will send you our FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) for your review for a minimum of 14 days. We will schedule a time to answer any questions you may have and go through the document.
6. THE DUE DILIGENCE
It is now your turn to evaluate the financial opportunity of becoming an El Kiosko franchisee. Using the information in the FDD and your own research, you can plan and make a more informed decision. You are also invited to visit one of our stores to experience “El Kiosko.”
7. THE SIGNATURE
Yes, it is that day! Congrats on becoming a part of El Kiosko! Once you sign the lease for your approved location and funds are deposited, you are officially part of our Familia.
8. THE LOCATIONS
Together, we’ll find the best place for your new store based on mutual agreement and professional help, and we’ll get final approval.
9. GETTING READY FOR THE “GRAND OPENING”
We’ll provide the floor plans & interior design for the new store, while we wait on the construction, we’ll train your key people in all they need to know to operate the new El Kiosko.
10. GRAND OPENING & BEYOND
We will be there supporting you on ”D” day and from then on… Like a good marriage!
